Tamara Mellon of Jimmy Choo was photographed for Harper's Bazaar magazine wearing the red drape neck shift dress, #59, from Victoria's fall 2010 collection. She looked fabulous and I really like how her peep-toe boots work with the piece... they give a rather elegant dress a rocker edge!
