Victoria tweeted that her ensemble was made by one of her favorite designers, Roberto Cavalli, when she visited Scott's a few weeks ago. The skirt and top both came from the designer's resort 2011 collection. She paired her outfit with Brian Atwood Zenith pumps and a Victoria Beckham bag and sunglasses.
