There has been talk for quite a while now that Victoria Beckham would be expanding her fashion empire to a line of handbags.... and it looks like it's true! A spokeswoman for Beckham confirmed the news today, "There is a bag line in development."
And it looks like Victoria has partnered with the very successful accessories designer Katie Hillier, who has created some of the world's most recognisable handbags for Marc Jacobs, Luella and Stella McCartney: "Katie has consulted on the technical aspects of bag construction in line with her experience in the industry. This collection is not a collaboration - as with all her ranges, Victoria has sought the best consultants to ensure the highest level of quality at manufacture for her designs."
I can't wait to see what the two of them come up with! But I can't help but think that there will be some Hermes inspired designs in there as well.
