Before the British Fashion Awards ceremony, Victoria Beckham was spotted out in London running a few errands. I love this casual chic oufit, I just wish we could've gotten a full shot of the look... I would love to see the shoes but I'm sure they are her black leather Brian Atwood Maniac pumps.
